Qualifications

Responsibilities

• HCP & Account Data Management: perform data cleansing and maintenance of HCP and customer accounts.
• Validate and update customer information to ensure data accuracy.
• Support data migration activities for CRM system enhancements and transitions.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Sales Data Verification & Reporting Support: verify sales data for Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support UAT for sales reporting solutions and CRM enhancements.
• Develop guidelines, SOPs, and training materials for CRM migration.
• Document business requirements, test scenarios, and issue logs.

About The Role

The SFE Associate will support critical business initiatives related to CRM migration, master data management, and sales reporting enhancement. The role will be responsible for maintaining high-quality HCP and account data, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, validating sales data for Power BI reporting, and assisting with the transition to new CRM tools and processes.

What You Will Deliver

• HCP & Account Data Management
• Perform regular data cleansing and maintenance of HCP and customer account databases.
