Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a dedicated SIHQ Customer Relationship Management Staff to join our logistics team in Jakarta. You will validate new customer data in the CRM, verify documents, and maintain data integrity while collaborating with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.

The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills to manage large datasets accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Administration, Data Entry, or Customer Service.
• Familiarity with shipping/logistics terminology and CRM systems.
• High attention to detail with ability to handle large data volumes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Validate new customer registration data in the CRM system prior to account activation.
• Verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Eliminate duplicates and verify critical account details.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve documentation issues.
• Manage customer status updates and maintain CRM data integrity.
• Support information security controls and risk documentation as part of the team.
