Job summary

DKSH is seeking a reliable SFE Associate in Jakarta to support CRM migration, master data management, and sales reporting improvements. You will maintain HCP and account data, validate sales data for Power BI, and assist with UAT and CRM transition activities.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in Sales Ops or CRM data roles, strong analytical skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure data integrity across CRM, sales, and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Excellence, CRM Administration, Data Management, or related functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality HCP and account data; support CRM migration and data management.
• Validate sales data for Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Support UAT for sales reporting solutions and CRM enhancements.
• Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Develop user guidelines, SOPs, and training materials for CRM migration.
• Track project progress, document requirements, test scenarios, and issue logs.
