Job summary

NPURE is seeking a creative Content Creator to drive our social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other channels. You will ideate concepts, script, shoot, and perform basic editing to produce end-to-end content.

Collaborate with Marketing, KOL, and other teams to develop on-brand content that supports campaigns and launches, while maintaining a consistent tone and visual style. A portfolio of previous beauty or lifestyle content is required, and you should be able to work independently in

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Able to ideate, script, shoot, and edit content independently.
• Portfolio/social media accounts showcasing previous content required.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or lifestyle brands preferred.

Job description

• Develop creative and engaging content for NPURE’s social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Create content ideas and concepts that are aligned with NPURE’s brand identity, campaign objectives, and target audience.
• Produce end-to-end social media content, including content planning, scripting, shooting, and basic editing.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and content styles, and translate them into relevant content for NPURE.
• Collaborate with the Social Media, Marketing, KOL, and other teams to develop content that supports brand and campaign objectives.
• Ensure content is delivered according to the agreed timeline and content calendar.
• Monitor content performance and identify insights to improve future content.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and always-on social media content.
• Maintain consistency in NPURE’s tone of voice, visual direction, and overall brand communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role, preferably in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Creative, up-to-date, and able to turn trends into engaging and relevant content.
• Able to create content independently, from ideation and scripting to shooting and basic editing.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera and/or directing talent for content production.
• Familiar with basic video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
• Strong visual sense and storytelling skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple content needs simultaneously.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio/social media account showcasing previous content is required.
