Job summary

Dorskin in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, is seeking a content creator to develop, plan, and execute end-to-end social content aligned with marketing objectives. You will produce engaging videos, photos, and copy, and you may appear on-camera when needed.

Additionally, you will monitor performance, audience insights, and campaign results to identify opportunities for optimization, while supporting product launches and brand initiatives through creative content execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or content marketing.
• Experienced in skincare, body care, beauty, or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Skilled in creating short-form video content (TikTok/Reels).
• Understand content strategy, audience behavior, and social media trends.
• Basic understanding of content analytics and performance metrics.
• Creative, proactive, communicative, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work onsite in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
