Arya Noble is seeking a content and social media specialist in Jakarta for planning, executing, and analyzing editorial content across campaigns. The role ensures alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and quality standards while managing publishing schedules and audience interaction.

Ideal candidates have a marketing background with 1–2 years in social media marketing, and experience in the Beauty/FMCG sector is a plus, based in Jakarta Pusat or surrounding area.

• Conduct research on competitor content, skincare trends, and social media to spot opportunities.
• Develop editorial plans and content briefs aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Analyze content performance and audience insights to improve future content.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet goals.
• Develop, execute, and review content across social media to ensure alignment with plans.
• Manage audience interactions to boost engagement and loyalty.
• Manage content assets, publishing schedules, and campaign documentation.

• Develop editorial plans (EP), including content ideas, publishing schedules, and content briefs based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Analyze content performance and audience insights to provide recommendations for improving future content effectiveness.
• Maintain good relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational & business goals.
• Develop, execute, and review content across social media accounts to ensure alignment with approved editorial plans, campaign guidelines, brand messaging, and quality standards before publication.
• Manage audience interactions across social media platforms to improve engagement and community loyalty.
• Manage content assets, publishing schedules, campaign documentation, and administrative requirements to support content operations.
