• Conduct research and monitor competitor content trends and skincare industry developments.
• Develop a digital content activity plan aligned with brand image across social media and e-commerce.
• Represent the brand during live sessions on social media when needed.
• Coordinate content plans to ensure alignment with business goals and messaging.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Execute approved plans including creating promotional videos and compelling copy.
• Provide performance reports and evaluations for each initiative.
• Manage administrative tasks related to content activities.
