Job summary

CV Royale Heritage Innv is seeking a Content Creator to join our creative team to produce engaging content across brands, from shooting to editing, and deliver content in line with our visual identity and content direction.

You will execute scripts and briefs prepared by the Social Media Specialist, stay on top of trends, and contribute fresh ideas to boost performance across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as Content Creator or similar role.
• Proven ability to create short-form video for TikTok/Instagram Reels.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN or similar editing software.
• Creative, brand-aware with attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily social media content for assigned brands, including organic content and advertising materials.
• Execute scripts, concepts, and content briefs prepared by the Social Media Specialist.
• Handle content shooting, filming, and editing for various social media platforms.
• Maintain consistency in brand character, tone of voice, visual style, and content guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Advertising Team to prepare advertising materials and incorporate performance-based feedback.
• Organize, manage, and archive content assets to ensure they are properly stored and available for future use.
• Monitor and research social media trends, formats, and content opportunities relevant to the assigned brands.
• Proactively propose new content ideas based on current trends and potential performance opportunities.
• Ensure content is delivered according to the agreed content calendar, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Make necessary adjustments or revisions based on feedback while maintaining the intended creative direction.

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, Videographer, or in a similar role.
• Proven experience creating short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and basic content production.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or other relevant editing software.
• Creative and able to develop content that is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand identity.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and/or working behind the camera when required.
• Good understanding of social media trends, content formats, hooks, and audience behavior.
• Able to execute scripts and creative briefs accurately while adding appropriate creative input.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding visual quality, brand consistency, and content accuracy.
• Able to work with high content volume, deadlines, and performance-driven targets.
