Job summary

Dorskin is seeking a dynamic Content Strategy professional in Indonesia to lead end-to-end social media planning, from ideation to performance analysis. You will craft content pillars and creative angles for TikTok and Instagram, driving engagement and brand resonance in the beauty skincare space.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan campaigns, analyze data, and optimize content strategy. Strong storytelling and on-camera presence are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Content Strategy, Social Media, Content Planning, or a similar role.
• Experience handling end-to-end content creation, from ideation to analysis and optimization.
• Beauty, skincare, or FMCG experience is a plus.
