Job description

We are seeking a Content Creator who is brave, creative, confident, and capable of executing digital content creation end-to-end while serving as the brand face across various company social media platforms.

Key responsibilities

Ideate and plan content by composing creative ideas, daily/weekly content calendars, writing scripts, storyboards, and captions that are communicative and aligned with marketing strategy direction

Plan shooting schedules, prepare equipment (camera/iPhone, lighting, audio), and perform confidently and naturally on camera according to brand persona

Capture additional footage/photos, review shooting materials, edit videos until ready for publication, and design attractive thumbnails

Manage content upload and scheduling processes on TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms

Maintain brand identity consistency including tone of voice, visual style, and brand persona that is intelligent, calm, educated, and persuasive across all published materials

About you

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Content Creator with active on-camera experience

Well-educated appearance and demeanor, thoughtful, calm, and confident

High confidence, articulate, communicative, and very natural on camera

Experienced in capturing high-quality video/photos using iPhone

Proficient in video editing using CapCut or similar editing applications/software

Able to create attractive thumbnails using Canva or Adobe Photoshop

Understanding of algorithms, latest trends, and best practices for TikTok and Instagram content

Capable of composing video scripts and engaging captions
