Job summary

You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution across sites, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Strong leadership and English plus Mandarin proficiency are valued; travel domestically is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.

As we continue to expand our operations and facilities, we are looking for Construction Project Managers to oversee the successful execution of our industrial construction and facility development projects, with opportunities specializing in Civil or MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil and/or MEP construction projects from planning, execution, commissioning, completion, to project handover.

Develop and control project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and equipment.

Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.

Identify project risks, resolve issues, implement corrective actions, and provide regular project progress reports to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with experience as a Construction Project Manager, Project Engineer, Construction Manager, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality management, and construction management.

Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of Civil and/or MEP construction works, project coordination, and site execution.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Experienced in managing subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

Proficient in computer applications.

Willing to travel domestically as required.

Able to drive and possess a valid SIM A.
