Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within the construction or engineering industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple projects with budgets from moderate to substantial values.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and experience in Indonesia preferred.
• Professional certification such as PMP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organising and managing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through to project closeout.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets whilst ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets.
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment and materials, to optimise efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitoring project progress and performance against established KPIs and reporting status to senior management and clients.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, resolving issues promptly and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Managing project documentation, contracts and change orders whilst maintaining accurate records.
• Leading and motivating project teams to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Conducting quality assurance reviews and ensuring all deliverables meet contractual specifications and standards.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within the construction or engineering industry
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously with budgets ranging from moderate to substantial values
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety regulations and industry best practices
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar applications
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated decision‑making capability
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and experience working on projects in Indonesia preferred
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar qualification is advantageous
