Job summary

PT Mikatasa Agung, a leading Indonesian manufacturer of adhesives and building materials, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee civil and MEP construction projects. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution across sites, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Strong leadership and English plus Mandarin proficiency are valued; travel domestically is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil and/or MEP construction projects from planning through handover.
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor site activities for compliance with specs, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and report progress to management.
