Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or hospitality industries
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to start immediately is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Vendor & Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and select vendors/suppliers (local and international).
• Purchasing Operations: Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) based on project or departmental needs.
• Cost & Quality Control: Analyze pricing trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and suppliers.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Coordination & Communication: Work with finance, warehouse, and project teams to align procurement with timelines and budgets.
• System & Process Improvement: Develop and improve procurement policies, workflows, and systems.
