JDH Design and Build is seeking an experienced Cost Control professional for our Mengwi, Bali-based projects. This full-time role focuses on monitoring, tracking and controlling project expenditures to ensure budgets are met while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cost control or cost management within construction.
• Knowledge of project finance, budgeting and cost management.
• Proficient with cost control software and Excel for analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project costs, expenditures and commitments.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Review budgets and identify potential savings and efficiency gains.
• Process invoices, POs and payments per budget.
• Lead cost control meetings and address variances.
• Maintain detailed cost records and documentation.
• Liaise with procurement, PMs and contractors to control costs.
• Provide forecasting and trend analysis for planning decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and contracts.
