Job summary

EVDEkimi Real Estates in Bali seeks a Cost Estimation & Budgeting specialist to lead budgeting, BOQ preparation, and tender analysis for construction and fit-out projects.

You will draft contracts, monitor expenditures, and prepare cash-flow forecasts while coordinating with project teams on cost and scope changes.

Candidates should have a civil engineering degree, 3 years' experience, and strong MS Excel skills; Bahasa Indonesia is required, English a plus, and on-site work in Bali.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3 years' experience in construction or property projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and project software; AutoCAD a plus.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English a plus.
• Willing to work on-site in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Bills of Quantities, cost plans, and detailed budgets.
• Issue tenders, analyze bids, and recommend contractors or suppliers.
• Draft and review contracts, track variations, and manage progress payments.
• Monitor site expenditures, verify invoices, and ensure costs stay within budget.
• Prepare monthly valuation reports, cash-flow forecasts, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement to resolve cost or scope changes.
• Ensure all estimates and contracts comply with local regulations and company procedures.
