Job summary

Coco Development Group in Bali is seeking a Cost Control professional to optimize our financial efficiency and procurement processes. You will audit purchase orders, monitor inventory levels, and conduct vendor reconciliations while delivering regular cash flow insights.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in cost control, a background in hospitality or development/construction, and strong Excel budgeting skills to analyze cost impacts of spec changes and orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Control.
• Industry background: Hospitality (Hotel/Restaurant) OR Developer & Construction.
• Strong analytical mind with advanced Excel/budgeting skills.
