Qualifications

• Min. bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or another relevant field.
• Five years of construction experience, with at least three years as Construction Manager.
• Experience in large-scale construction, earthwork, mining, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of construction projects such as civil engineering, earthwork, and mining infrastructure.
• Develop and monitor schedules, work methods, cost estimates, and project costs.
• Calculate and monitor heavy equipment diesel consumption (liters/hour or liters/m³), analyze variances, and prevent waste.
• Monitor the productivity and efficiency of heavy equipment and labor.
• Lead the field team (engineers, supervisors, surveyors, operators, mechanics) and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure quality meets specifications and that K3L and SMKP are followed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and complete project inspections and handover (PHO/FHO).

Min. bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or another relevant field

Min. 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years as a Construction Manager.

Experience in large-scale construction, earthwork, mining, or infrastructure projects.

Ability to calculate diesel fuel consumption and heavy equipment productivity.

Proficient in Bill of Quantities (BoQ), S-curves, cost control, MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Understanding of construction health and safety (K3).

Strong leadership skills, good communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Willing to be assigned to locations throughout Indonesia (rotating/site-based assignments).
