Job summary

PT. Mahaya Business Group membutuhkan Manajer Proyek untuk memimpin proyek konstruksi dari persiapan hingga handover, memastikan mutu, waktu, biaya, dan K3 terpenuhi di lokasi Bekasi.

Anda akan memimpin tim proyek, berkoordinasi dengan konsultan, kontraktor, dan pihak terkait; menyiapkan laporan kemajuan, anggaran, serta dokumentasi kontrak sesuai standar perusahaan.

Qualifications

• Minimal S1 Gred Civil/Arsitektur atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di proyek konstruksi, pengalaman sebagai Project Manager/Project Engineer menjadi nilai tambah.
• Pemahaman manajemen proyek, konstruksi bangunan, RAB/BOQ, scheduling, biaya, dan administrasi kontrak.
• Menguasai Microsoft Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, Excel atau perangkat lunak PM lainnya.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin tim proyek dan koordinasi dengan Site Manager, insinyur, supervisor, subkontraktor, dan vendor.
• Mengontrol kemajuan pekerjaan sesuai gambar, spesifikasi, RAB/BOQ, dan kontrak.
• Menyiapkan dan memantau jadwal, progress kerja, aliran kas, serta kebutuhan material dan tenaga kerja.
• Koordinasi dengan Pemilik, Konsultan Pengawas/Manajemen Konstruksi, desain, subkontraktor, dan pihak terkait.
• Mengidentifikasi kendala teknis maupun non-teknis yang dapat mempengaruhi target proyek.

Job description

Fully responsible for planning, implementation, control, and completion of construction projects. Managing projects from preparation stage through handover while paying attention to time, cost, quality, and occupational safety (K3).

Key responsibilities

Lead and coordinate project team, including Site Manager, Engineer, Supervisor, foreman, subcontractors, and vendors

Control work progress and ensure work complies with drawings, technical specifications, RAB/BOQ, and contract

Prepare and monitor time schedule, work progress, project cash flow, and material and labour requirements

Coordinate with Owner, Supervising Consultant/Construction Management, design consultants, subcontractors, and other related parties

Identify and resolve technical and non-technical constraints that may affect project targets

Control project costs and ensure work proceeds according to established budget

Ensure application of work quality standards and K3 throughout project area

Prepare progress reports and project evaluations periodically to management

Ensure contract administration, project documentation, minutes of meeting, and progress billing/payment process run smoothly

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related field

Minimum 5 years experience in construction projects, with experience as Project Manager/Project Engineer being an added value

Understanding of project management, building construction, RAB/BOQ, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration

Proficiency in supporting software such as Microsoft Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, or other project management software

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities

Willing to be placed at project location and able to work with tight targets and deadlines
