Job summary

PT Epiterma Mas Indonesia is seeking a highly experienced Civil Superintendent to lead site activities across Indonesia. You will develop construction methodologies, manage manpower, supervise 100+ personnel, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, POP/POM, fluent English, 15 years in civil construction, and experience in mining or power plants.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Possess a valid POP/POM certification.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in civil construction/project execution.
• Experience in the mining and power plant industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience in formwork calculation and design.
• Ability to independently develop or collaboratively prepare construction methodologies and work procedures.
• Proven experience managing and supervising approximately 100 personnel or more.
• Extensive experience in developing method statements and work procedures.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering designs and civil shop drawings.
• Good understanding of civil construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and field testing requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 3D and Tekla.
• Willing to be placed in site project across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project plans, schedules, budgets, quality, and targets are achieved according to requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and departments in planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project activities.
• Develop project plans, schedules, methodologies, and required manpower, tools, and materials.
• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at site.
• Implement and monitor Quality Control, QMS, and HSE/K3 requirements.
• Ensure safety and work documentation (JSA, Work Permit, LOTO/LOTTO) is completed before work begins.
• Lead site personnel, including manpower planning, discipline, productivity, performance, development.
• Conduct project meetings, inspections, testing, site surveys, and prepare reports.
• Monitor procurement, fabrication, and readiness of equipment and materials.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to Management.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, Estimation, Procurement for project/tender requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, employees and community.
• Lead site team to complete project safely, on schedule, within budget, with required quality.
• Evaluate site personnel performance and provide recommendations.

Job description

Coordinate with clients and relevant departments in planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project activities.

Develop project plans, schedules, construction methodologies, work procedures, and required manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.

Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at site.

Implement and monitor Quality Control, Quality Management System, and HSE/K3 requirements.

Ensure all required safety and work documentation, including JSA, Work Permit, and LOTO/LOTTO, is completed before work begins.

Lead and manage site personnel, including manpower planning, discipline, productivity, performance, and development.

Conduct project meetings, inspections, testing, site surveys, and prepare related reports and documentation.

Monitor procurement, fabrication, and readiness of equipment, materials, tools, and project support facilities.

Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to Management.

Coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, Estimation, Procurement, and other departments for project and tender requirements.

Maintain good relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, employees, and the surrounding community.

Ensure proper maintenance and protection of company and client assets at site.

Lead the site team to achieve project completion safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to required quality standards.

Evaluate site personnel performance and provide recommendations for improvement and development.
