PT TeamworX Indonesia seeks a Construction Manager to lead jetty and civil works projects. The role covers engineering through commissioning, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance. The candidate will coordinate with design and procurement teams and liaise with clients and international consultants.

The position requires a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years in construction, and fluent English for client communication. On-site work with extended hours is expected.

The Construction Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of jetty and associated civil works projects, including marine structures, foundations, and onshore facilities. This role oversees all phases of construction - from engineering and procurement through to commissioning - ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site, specifically for lab-related facilities within high-rise environments.

Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

Oversee installation and safe use of hoisting equipment, ensuring full compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve issues as they arise.

Collaborate closely with project management, design, and procurement teams for seamless project delivery.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and project specifications.

Prepare and present progress reports, including schedules, cost updates, and risk assessments.

Communicate effectively in English with internal teams, clients, and international consultants.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with proven experience managing data center construction project/ luxury house project/ industrial project/ mining infrastructure project.

Strong understanding and practical experience in hoisting equipment operations and construction safety standards.

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and safety practices.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written) - required for client and consultant communication.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to be assigned on-site and work extended hours when necessary.
