Job summary

PT Sanpota Batara Indonesia is a B2B packaging specialist expanding in Jawa Tengah. We seek a cheerful, proactive Sales Support & Customer Relation Staff to handle inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups while coordinating with sales and logistics teams.

You will use Excel/Sheets and ERP/CRM tools to maintain customer records, process orders, and assist field sales. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a focus on strong communication and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; background in sales admin or customer service is a plus.
• Cheerful, friendly and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Confident via telephone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Detail-oriented with data processing and transaction recording.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Jawa Tengah region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, phone, and other channels with friendly, professional service.
• Follow up customer needs, price offers, and orders to boost satisfaction and repeat orders.
• Handle questions and complaints with a positive, solution-focused approach.
• Support sales admin tasks: create quotations, process sales orders, ensure data completeness.
• Check stock, prices, and orders in ERP; coordinate with warehouse, logistics and purchasing.
• Provide order and delivery updates to customers and the sales team.
• Assist in finding prospects and perform initial outreach via phone and digital channels.
• Follow up leads and arrange visits or meetings with prospects.
• Identify repeat orders, cross-selling, and customer development opportunities.
• Update CRM with communication history and follow-up activities.

About the role

PT Sanpota Batara Indonesia is a B2B packaging specialist company providing plastic and paper packaging products for the Food & Beverage, HOREKA, retail, food processing, and various other business needs industries. We are seeking a Sales Support & Customer Relation Staff to join our team in Jawa Tengah. This role combines administrative expertise with strong customer communication skills, requiring someone who is cheerful, communicative, proactive, and enjoys interacting with people to build pleasant communication with customers, actively conduct follow-ups, support the sales team, and provide fast and solution-oriented service.

Key responsibilities

• Establish active communication with customers through WhatsApp, telephone, and other communication channels, providing friendly, responsive, informative, and professional service
• Conduct follow-ups on customer needs, price offers, and orders while maintaining good relationships to increase satisfaction and repeat orders
• Handle customer questions and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach
• Support sales team administrative needs and field sales activities by creating quotations, processing Sales Orders, and ensuring order data completeness
• Check stock, prices, and order status through the Accurate ERP system and coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Provide order and delivery status updates to customers and sales team
• Assist in finding and collecting potential customer databases and conduct initial outreach to prospects through telephone, WhatsApp, and digital media
• Follow up on leads and customers who have not yet placed orders and help arrange visit or meeting schedules between sales team and prospective customers
• Identify repeat order, cross-selling, and customer development opportunities
• Update customer database, communication history, and follow-up activities through CRM and monitor pending offers and incomplete orders

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 from all majors welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience as Sales Admin, Customer Service, Telesales, or Sales Support is a plus
• Cheerful, friendly, flexible, expressive personality and enjoy speaking with new people
• Confident communicating via telephone, WhatsApp, and in person
• Not shy about initiating conversations with customers and prospective clients
• Possess persuasive communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented in administration, data processing, and transaction recording
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and office applications
• Experience using Accurate ERP or CRM is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Jawa Tengah region as needed by the company
