This role supports the AKR subsidiary PT Anugerah Lubrindo Raya (Lubricant) with pricing, market analysis, and commercial strategy to optimize profitability and control costs amid Indonesia's high logistics expenses.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial operations, business development, and pricing.
• Experience developing selling pricelists through the processing and analysis of COGS, VAREX, and OPEX data.
• Demonstrates a solid professional background within the logistics and transportation industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and refine pricing structures and commercial terms.
• Conduct comprehensive market analyses to inform pricing and strategy.
• Communicate and negotiate with customers and principals to secure favorable terms.
• Manage transportation costs, subsidies, and related expenses to improve profitability.
• Conduct warehouse feasibility studies related to pricing, viability, and security.
• Provide customer segmentation insights and support customer management strategies.
• Oversee inventory management across multiple locations and warehouses, including procurement and buffer stock.
• Offer recommendations on pricing, product mix, and overall commercial strategy.
• Prepare periodic commercial performance reports and analyses.

Possesses strong capabilities in conducting comprehensive market analysis.

Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills with both customers and principals.

Knowledgeable in managing transportation costs, subsidies, and other related expenses.

Capable of conducting warehouse feasibility studies regarding pricing, viability, and security.

Skilled in customer segmentation and providing insights for customer management strategies.

Proficient in inventory management across multiple locations/warehouses, including procurement, timing, and buffer stock.

Experienced in providing recommendations on pricing, customer profitability, product mix, and commercial strategy.

Responsible for preparing periodic commercial performance reports and analyses.
