Job summary

• Strong analytical, commercial, problem-solving, and leadership skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop performance of multiple retail gas stations to hit sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with standards and customer service requirements.
• Monitor HSSE compliance and address risks with corrective actions.
• Conduct operational audits and license/permitting checks, including calibration.
• Oversee outlet maintenance to minimize asset breakdowns.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and coach operators to improve performance.

Job description

Manage and develop the performance of multiple retail gas stations (SPBU) within the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets

Ensure operational excellence and compliance with operating standards, procedures, and customer service requirements across all assigned stations.

Monitor and ensure compliance with HSSE standards, proactively identifying risks and following up on corrective actions.

Perform operational audit & investigation including license & permit compliance i.e. equipment calibration.

Perform outlet maintenance to minimize retail assets breakdown i.e. equipment

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers/station operators, providing coaching and support to improve business and operational performance

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field with minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail fuel oil & gas.

Proven experience in managing multiple sites/outlets, territories, or retail networks, preferably within the fuel retail or oil & gas industry.

Demonstrated experience in operations excellence and continuous improvement, including process standardization, training & competency development, project management, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.

Strong analytical, commercial, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
