Job summary

PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, a leading logistics and supply chain company in Indonesia, seeks a distribution supervisor to oversee efficient customer distribution operations in line with SOP and company guidance.

You will identify reliable third-party transporters, drive scheduling excellence, and foster a skilled, safe working environment while promoting proactive risk management. Fluent English and a relevant engineering degree with 3+ years in logistics are required.

Qualifications

• S1 degree in Economics/Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related.
• GPA minimum 3.00 (on 4.0 scale).
• Minimum 3 years working experience in logistic distribution, expert in planning and scheduling of deliveries (preferably from Oil or Liquid Chemical Industry).
• Strong leadership, detail oriented, good analytical skill, good communication & negotiation skill.
• Fluent in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient and effective distribution to customers according to SOP and guidance from network and distribution.
