Job summary

PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, a leading logistics and supply chain company in Indonesia, seeks a distribution supervisor to oversee efficient customer distribution operations in line with SOP and company guidance.

You will identify reliable third-party transporters, drive scheduling excellence, and foster a skilled, safe working environment while promoting proactive risk management. Fluent English and a relevant engineering degree with 3+ years in logistics are required.

Qualifications

S1 degree in Economics/Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related.
GPA minimum 3.00 (on 4.0 scale).
Minimum 3 years working experience in logistic distribution, expert in planning and scheduling of deliveries (preferably from Oil or Liquid Chemical Industry).
Strong leadership, detail oriented, good analytical skill, good communication & negotiation skill.
Fluent in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

Manage efficient and effective distribution to customers according to SOP and guidance from network and distribution.
Identify qualified third-party transporter and propose to relevant parties.
Facilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment.
Conduct effective risk management process and promote risk awareness.
