Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven track record in commercial banking and client relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial lending and credit analysis.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Surabaya market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and revenue.
• Analyze client financial needs and propose tailored banking solutions including loans and treasury services.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for new and existing clients.
• Monitor client accounts and proactively address issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with internal product specialists to deliver integrated financial solutions.
