Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, or relationship management.
• Proven track record of success in business development and portfolio growth.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending products, credit underwriting, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and financial analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source new commercial banking clients and develop existing relationships to expand business.
• Analyze client financial statements and business operations to assess credit risk and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
• Structure and negotiate commercial loan proposals, ensuring alignment with bank policies and client needs.
• Provide ongoing relationship management, offering strategic financial advice and cross-selling other bank products.
• Monitor the performance of the commercial loan portfolio, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., credit analysts, treasury management) to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
