Job summary

Oona Insurance Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Bancassurance Partner Manager to drive growth with bank partners in Jakarta. You will identify new opportunities, manage strategic collaborations, and coordinate with underwriting, claims, operations, product, and IT to ensure seamless implementation.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and relationship management, plus an existing banking network to accelerate business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of Bancassurance/Partnership/Business Development experience in General Insurance.
• Strong understanding of General Insurance products and Bancassurance business.

Responsibilities

• Drive Bancassurance business growth and achieve GWP and profitability targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners.
• Identify and secure new Bancassurance business opportunities.
• Work with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Product, IT) to ensure seamless implementation.
• Monitor business performance, prepare reports, and execute growth strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Partnership, Financial Institution, or Business Development roles within the General Insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of General Insurance products and Bancassurance business.
• Proven track record in achieving business targets and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong network within the banking industry and experience working with bank partners.
• Candidates with proven experience and strong professional relationships with Bank Mandiri will be highly preferred.
• Possess an existing business portfolio and strong banking relationships that can contribute to immediate business growth.
• Candidates with a proven track record of generating and managing sizable business portfolios from banking partners will have a distinct advantage.
