Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia seeks a visionary Head of Bancassurance Strategic Insights and Business Performance to drive data-led growth with our bank partners. You will steer dashboards, analytics and cross-functional programs to uplift bancassurance performance.

You'll lead end-to-end data initiatives, partner with Marketing, Data Analytics, and Sales to optimize digital sales, cross-sell and up-sell, while championing operational improvements across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 8–10 years' experience in bancassurance, financial services, or analytics.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of dashboards and automated reporting.
• Analyze results to deliver insights for bank partner performance.
• Manage data analytics initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Lead end-to-end lead nurturing and go-to-market campaigns for digital sales.
• Act as Project Manager for operational improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate go-to-market campaigns for digital product sales.
