Sunshine Food International is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee multiple outlets in the Greater Jakarta area. The role requires leadership to drive operational excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction across sites.

You will lead and develop Unit Managers, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Finance to support business growth. Travel across assigned client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in F&B / service operations.
• Minimum 2 years managing multiple outlets (multi-unit).
• Experience in B2B operations (hospital, corporate catering, institutional services) preferred.
• Strong understanding of service contracts, SLA, and client relationship management.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, profitability, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

About the role
Sunshine Food International, a leading food and beverage company, is seeking a highly motivated Cluster Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple locations within the Greater Jakarta area, ensuring operational excellence and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple outlets across assigned client sites

Ensure all operations comply with company SOPs, contractual agreements, and service standards

Monitor unit performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement actions

Ensure effective execution of client programs, promotions, and operational initiatives

Achieve revenue targets, profitability, and cost efficiency across all assigned units

Analyze sales reports, operational KPIs, and financial data to drive business performance

Manage budgets and ensure optimal utilization of resources across sites

Lead, coach, and develop Unit Managers and site teams to ensure strong operational leadership

Support end-to-end recruitment, training, and performance management processes

Ensure consistent service excellence, hygiene standards, and product quality across all client locations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long‑term partnership

Handle escalated client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution

Prepare regular business reviews, operational reports, and performance updates for management

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain,) to support business needs

What we're looking for

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B / service operations

Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple outlets or client sites (multi‑unit management)

Preferably experienced in B2B operations (hospital, corporate catering, institutional services)

Strong understanding of service contracts, SLA, and client relationship management

Proven experience in achieving sales targets, profitability, and cost control

Strong leadership and people management skills (coaching, development, and performance management)

Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports, KPIs, and financial data

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal & external clients)

Hands‑on, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Willing to travel across assigned areas / client locations
