Job summary

Sunshine Food International is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee multiple outlets in the Greater Jakarta area. The role requires leadership to drive operational excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction across sites.

You will lead and develop Unit Managers, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Finance to support business growth. Travel across assigned client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in F&B / service operations.
• Minimum 2 years managing multiple outlets (multi-unit).
• Experience in B2B operations (hospital, corporate catering, institutional services) preferred.
• Strong understanding of service contracts, SLA, and client relationship management.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, profitability, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets within client sites.
• Ensure SOPs, contracts, and service standards are followed.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency across units.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to improve performance.
• Manage budgets and resource utilization across sites.
• Lead and develop Unit Managers and site teams.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Maintain hygiene and product quality across locations.
• Build strong client relationships and handle escalations.
• Prepare business reviews and provide management updates.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain.
