Job summary

Flowserve is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer in Bekasi, West Java to bridge complex cloud offerings with customer needs. You will work with the sales team to design cloud solutions, deliver technical presentations, and support RFP/RFI responses.

A strong cloud background and excellent communication are essential for success in this hybrid role. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, keeping up with cloud trends, and facilitating customer engagements in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years in technical pre-sales, solutions architect, or systems engineering with a focus on cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and database technologies.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, Bekasi, West Java, ID.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and design customized cloud solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and POCs.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs with clear technical input.
• Collaborate with sales and internal engineering teams.
• Maintain and develop technical documentation and solution architecture diagrams.
• Stay current with cloud technologies and trends relevant to the Indonesian market.
