Job summary

Flowserve in Bekasi, West Java, ID, seeks a Technical Sales Engineer focused on Cloud Solutions to bridge complex cloud offerings and customer needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical pre‑sales, solutions architect, or systems engineering role, with a focus on cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and database technologies.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office‑based collaboration with remote work flexibility in Bekasi, West Java, ID.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account executives to understand customer technical requirements and business objectives.
• Design and present customized cloud solutions, including infrastructure, services, and deployment strategies.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
• Respond to technical aspects of RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle, addressing client concerns and questions.
• Stay current with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices, particularly those relevant to the Indonesian market.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and implementation guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the pre‑sales process.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and the internal engineering and product development teams.
• Contribute to sales enablement efforts by sharing technical knowledge and insights.
