MatchaTalent in South Jakarta is seeking a Business Development Manager - Cloud to drive cloud business growth in Indonesia. You will lead opportunity identification, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market execution across verticals.

The role requires a commercially minded BD professional who can engage enterprise stakeholders, build alliances with software vendors and system integrators, and translate customer needs into scalable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years in cloud/ICT business development.
Experience with cloud products (public/private/hybrid) and enterprise sales.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and digital transformation.
Proven ability to engage C-level executives and partners.

Responsibilities

Implement cloud business strategies and drive revenue growth in targeted industries.
Identify new cloud opportunities through market and customer insights.
Manage full lifecycle of enterprise opportunities from discovery to closure.
Build partnerships with vendors, SI, and ecosystem players for joint opportunities.
Design cloud proposals aligned with customer needs and commercial goals.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering teams on GTM activities.
Support partner enablement and certification programs.
Monitor delivery and customer satisfaction for long-term success.
Gather feedback to improve cloud offerings and go-to-market approaches.
