Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years operational experience in clinic/hospital/beauty/retail/service.
• Experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Understanding of licensing administration and healthcare facilities.
• Highly organized with documentation, tracking and filing.
• Ability to communicate with clinics, doctors, staff and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic licensing from preparation to completion.
• Ensure licensing documents and compliance are well documented.
• Analyse targets and performance gaps.
• Monitor clinic performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensure SOP implementation across all clinics.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose operational improvements.
• Analyze root causes and create PDCA-based improvements.
• Create dashboards to monitor operations and provide insights.
