You will lead the clinic team, schedule staff, monitor performance, resolve patient concerns, and drive service excellence while reporting on sales, revenue, and key KPIs to support strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in service industry (healthcare preferred).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
