Job summary

RCS Clinic Bali is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operational activities and ensure SOP compliance. You will coordinate doctors, nurses, beauticians, receptionists, and all team members, ensure room readiness, and maintain cleanliness and service standards.

You will lead the team, monitor performance, manage revenue targets, and analyze patient trends to boost new and repeat visits, while coordinating with marketing on promotions. Full-time role based in Denpasar, Bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education
• 2-3 years experience as Manager/Supervisor
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Target-oriented with focus on revenue achievement
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to operate computer and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Good administrative and reporting capabilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operational activities and ensure compliance with SOP and service standards
• Coordinate schedules and manage doctors, nurses, beauticians, receptionists, and all team members
• Ensure readiness of rooms, equipment, products, medicines, and operational needs
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, neatness, comfort, and service standards
• Lead, direct, and motivate the entire team through regular briefings and performance evaluations
• Monitor employee discipline, attendance, and productivity
• Manage revenue targets and monitor sales performance of treatments and products
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly target achievement and develop strategies to increase new and repeat patients
• Oversee customer follow-up, appointments, and treatment closing processes
• Ensure patients receive excellent service from arrival through treatment completion and handle complaints professionally and promptly
• Monitor patient satisfaction and clinic reviews
• Coordinate with marketing team on promotions and campaigns
• Prepare operational and sales reports, monitor revenue, patient numbers, treatments, appointments, repeat patients, and customer acquisition
• Control stock usage and operational needs
• Evaluate operational costs and work efficiency
• Ensure all services follow clinic SOP and service standards comply with safety and patient comfort procedures
