Position Overview

Our client, an established aesthetic clinic business in Jakarta, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operational excellence across its entire clinic network, including flagship clinics and headquarters.

The successful candidate will ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and standardized business processes across all locations. This position requires a hands‑on leader with a strong background in clinic operations, customer service excellence, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Branch Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across all clinic branches, including flagship clinics, ensuring consistent operational standards and business performance.
• Service Excellence: Establish and maintain high standards of customer service, patient experience, and customer relationship management across the clinic network.
• Business Process Standardization: Develop, implement, and monitor operational SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across branches and headquarters.
• Operational Performance: Monitor branch performance, operational KPIs, service quality, productivity, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
• Business Process Improvement: Lead operational improvement initiatives, business transformation projects, and quality management programs, including ISO implementation where applicable.
• Branch Leadership & Development: Guide and support clinic managers and operational teams to strengthen leadership capabilities, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
• Branch Visits & Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent visits and operational audits across clinic locations to evaluate service delivery, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in aesthetic clinic operations management, preferably with career progression from managing an individual clinic to overseeing multiple branches.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end clinic operations, including customer service, patient experience, clinic administration, and operational workflows.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple clinic locations, including supervising branch managers and ensuring consistent service standards.
• Strong customer relationship management skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining high service quality.
• Experience in business process improvement, operational transformation, SOP development, or ISO implementation will be a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the flexibility and willingness to travel frequently between clinic branches.
