A Growing Aesthetic Clinic Business in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee its clinic network, including flagship clinics and headquarters. You will drive service quality, efficiency, and standardized processes across locations.

The role calls for hands-on leadership in clinic operations, customer experience, and business improvement, with travel across branches to ensure consistent standards and ongoing ISO-related initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aesthetic clinic operations management.
• Experience scaling from a single clinic to multiple branches.
• Strong customer relationship and patient experience focus.
• Experience with business process improvement, SOP development, or ISO implementation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills; willing to travel between branches.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across all branches to maintain standards.
• Develop and monitor operational SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Lead quality assurance visits and implement corrective actions.
• Drive customer service excellence and patient experience across the network.
• Guide clinic managers and teams to strengthen leadership and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance to identify improvements.
