Job summary

PT Teman Perempuan Sehati seeks a Clinic Manager & General Practitioner to provide comprehensive medical consultations, manage daily clinic operations, and deliver patient-centered care from intake to follow-up. You will document records, educate patients, and coordinate referrals within a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires an MD with active STR/SIP eligibility, 3–5 years of GP experience, and strong clinical judgment. English proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

Clinic Manager & General Practitioner (Medical Concierge)

Provide comprehensive medical consultations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based medical practice.

Deliver a warm, professional, and patient-centered healthcare experience from consultation through follow-up care.

Accurately document patient consultations, medical records, prescriptions, and treatment plans in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Educate patients on their medical conditions, treatment options, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle recommendations.

Guide patients in selecting appropriate healthcare services, treatment plans, and wellness packages based on their clinical needs.

Coordinate referrals to specialists, laboratories, diagnostic centers, and external healthcare partners to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and maintain high standards of clinical care.

Ensure compliance with medical ethics, clinical protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical meetings, and continuous professional development activities.

Support health education programs, promotional events, and other medical initiatives organized by the Company.

Experience in women's health, primary care, aesthetic medicine, preventive medicine, or outpatient clinic settings is an advantage.

Ability to perform women's health procedures, such as Pap Smear or other basic gynecological procedures, is highly preferred.

Clinic Operations & Leadership Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient experience.

Drive clinic revenue, appointment fulfillment, patient retention, and overall branch performance in line with company targets.

Identify business development opportunities, including referral partnerships, promotional programs, and initiatives to increase clinic growth.

Monitor patient satisfaction, manage feedback and complaints, and implement continuous service improvement initiatives.

Lead, coach, and manage clinic staff, including Customer Concierge, Physician Assistants, Pharmacists, and operational team members.

Plan and manage doctors' and staff schedules while ensuring adequate staffing and operational readiness.

Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, medical documentation standards (EMR, SOAP, consent forms), and applicable healthcare regulations.

Oversee pharmacy inventory, clinic assets, laboratory coordination, and operational supplies to support uninterrupted clinical services.

Ensure clinic hygiene, infection control, medical waste management, and workplace safety standards are consistently maintained.

Monitor clinic performance, prepare operational reports, and collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

Medical Doctor (MD) with a valid and active STR.

Possess an active SIP or be eligible to obtain one.

Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner; previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or clinic management role is highly preferred.

Strong clinical knowledge and sound medical judgment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.

Comfortable working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Willing to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.

Proficient in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
