As Clinic Leader, you will develop policies, monitor performance, and collaborate with external partners to support clinic growth while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2+ years in healthcare management or clinic leadership.
• Proven track record of managing clinic operations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

This is a pivotal leadership position in which you will oversee clinical staff, ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, and drive operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in fostering a patient-centered culture while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. • Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
