Diri Care seeks an experienced Clinic Leader to join PT Diri Artha Sehat in the Jabodetabek area on a full-time basis. You will oversee clinical and administrative staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and driving operational excellence.

As Clinic Leader, you will develop policies, monitor performance, and collaborate with external partners to support clinic growth while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2+ years in healthcare management or clinic leadership.
• Proven track record of managing clinic operations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical and administrative staff, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in line with healthcare standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures and protocols to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage patient relations and address complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize workflows and promote a collaborative working environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and community partners.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives for clinic growth.
