Job summary

Fullerton Health Indonesia, a provider of integrated healthcare services, seeks a Clinic Manager (Doctor) to be based in Batam City. You will oversee daily clinic operations, manage the budget and inventory, order stock, maintain equipment, and lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Candidates must be Registered Medical Doctor with valid STR, HIPERKES, ATLS/ACLS; minimum one year MCU/clinic management experience; strong people and leadership skills; fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Registered Medical Doctor with valid STR, HIPERKES, ATLS/ACLS.
• Minimum 1 year of MCU experience, preferably as Clinic Manager.
• Excellent managerial and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.

Requirements:

Min. 1 year of experience in MCU (preferably as Clinic Manager).

Current domicile in Batam City area.

Experienced in managing operations in healthcare industry.

Excellent managerial skills & team-oriented mindset.

Strong people management (leadership) and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
