Job summary

Fullerton Health Indonesia, a provider of integrated healthcare services, seeks a Clinic Manager (Doctor) to be based in Batam City. You will oversee daily clinic operations, manage the budget and inventory, order stock, maintain equipment, and lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Candidates must be Registered Medical Doctor with valid STR, HIPERKES, ATLS/ACLS; minimum one year MCU/clinic management experience; strong people and leadership skills; fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Registered Medical Doctor with valid STR, HIPERKES, ATLS/ACLS.
• Minimum 1 year of MCU experience, preferably as Clinic Manager.
• Excellent managerial and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinic's routine operations and staff duties.
• Manage the clinic's budget and inventory.
• Order stock and supplies for the clinic.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of clinic equipment.
• Perform hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Manage internal and external communications and answer queries about clinic service.
