Cove Living Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Associate in Jakarta to build strong client relationships, analyze performance, and provide strategic recommendations. The role focuses on data-driven insights, training partners on SOPs, and supporting contract renewals in a dynamic, early-stage hospitality-tech environment.

Based at our Jakarta office, you will engage with clients and stakeholders, conduct inspections, and contribute to ongoing account growth while collaborating with the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or early-stage startup preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English; tech-savvy and able to write product docs.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Analyze data and qualitative insights to identify patterns.
• Provide operational assessments and strategic partner recommendations.
• Train partners’ teams on SOP implementation.
• Prepare client reports and account reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities and assist with operations issues.
• Conduct property inspections and report findings for compliance.
• Assist with contract renewals and negotiations.
