Job summary

Cove Living Pte Ltd is seeking a Property Transition Manager for ourJakarta office on a 1 year contract, starting in October. You will report to the Operations Manager and oversee Cove’s properties, driving tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency across our portfolio.

Based in Jakarta, you will lead a team of associates and facilities staff to ensure properties are well-maintained, tenant-ready, and compliant with our SLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any major.
• 2–3 years in property or community management, preferably in hospitality or startup.
• Experience in hospitality or startup environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain buildings effectively and continually improve tenant’s experience.
• Illustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations.
• Ensure the rooms are tenantable and perfectly ready for check-ins.
• Act as the liaison between Cove and property owners.
• Manage a team of associates and facilities staffs to perform well and meet our standard of operations.
• Schedule a team of associates and facilities staffs to achieve optimal labor time/cost ratio.
• Ensure all properties’ tickets and requests are resolved within our SLA.
• Responsible for assigned properties’ monthly budgeting and controlling daily expenses.
• Responsible to ensure all monthly billings are sent out in time.
• Troubleshoot and prioritize daily facility issues and delegate responsibilities.
