Cove, a fast-growing flexible living platform, is seeking a Property Operations & Business Process Analyst in Jakarta. This 1 year contract (with potential for permanent employment) reports to the Head of Operations and sits at the heart of our property management operations.

You will consolidate field team data, streamline procurement workflows, and analyze operations data to uncover inefficiencies, optimize SOPs, and drive cost control across Cove properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years in Operations Analysis or Process Improvement.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Experience with dashboards Looker Studio/PowerBI/Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational data (e.g., ticket SLAs, maintenance costs, utility usage, room turnover).
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards to track property health and performance metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks, cost leakages, and non-compliance; provide data-backed insights to leadership.
• Standardize workflows; draft and digitize SOPs and forms; automate repetitive tasks.
• Consolidate procurement requests, monitor supplier terms, and track inventory movements.
