Job summary

Cove Living Pte Ltd in Jakarta is seeking a Property Operations & Business Process Analyst to consolidate operational administration from field teams, manage centralized procurement, and analyze data to optimize workflows and costs.

You will build dashboards, standardize processes, and support management with data-driven insights to elevate service quality across Cove properties in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in Operations Analysis, Business Process Improvement, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Advanced data and reporting skills with dashboards (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau) and Excel.
• Experience in process mapping, SOP drafting, and ERP/ticketing/inventory tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to numerical accuracy and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational data to derive insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor property health and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks, cost leakages, and vendor non-compliance with actionable recommendations.
• Design standardized workflows and digitize SOPs, WIs, and digital forms.
• Oversee procurement workflows, inventory movements, and inter-team coordination.
