Job summary

Cove Living Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Associate in Jakarta to build strong client relationships, analyze performance, and provide strategic recommendations. The role focuses on data-driven insights, training partners on SOPs, and supporting contract renewals in a dynamic, early-stage hospitality-tech environment.

Based at our Jakarta office, you will engage with clients and stakeholders, conduct inspections, and contribute to ongoing account growth while collaborating with the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or early-stage startup preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English; tech-savvy and able to write product docs.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term client relationships.

Job Title: Account Associate

Job-Type: 6 months contract with potential for permanent employment

Reports To: Sr. Account Manager

Location: Jakarta

What you’ll be doing:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify patterns and insights through data analysis and qualitative observations
• Develop operational assessments and provide strategic recommendations to partners
• Conduct regular training sessions for partners’ teams to ensure effective implementation of SOPs
• Prepare reports, presentations, and account review materials for clients
• Identify account growth opportunities and support partners in resolving operational issues when needed
• Conduct routine property inspections and submit inspection reports to ensure compliance
• Support contract renewals and negotiations

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Preferably has experience working in the real estate, hospitality industry, and/or early-stage startup
• Tech-savvy (able to write product documentation and understand users’ pain points)
• Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
